Custom kitchen remodel and master bath addition in Lexington. The owners of this older Lexington home wanted to update their kitchen and add a master bedroom and bath on the bottom floor. So away went the outdated, small kitchen and in with beautiful cherry cabinets with a rich nutmeg stain. The cabinets include many accessories to make functioning in the kitchen much easier; utility cabinet with rollout trays, deep pot and pan drawers, a lazy susan, rollout trays and a pullout spice cabinet. Stunning Cambria quartz countertops pull together all the colors of the kitchen. Custom-made stained glass doors finish out this kitchen and help add just enough flare. In the bathroom, the architect designed a barrier free shower that we tiled in an elegant ceramic tile, adding a custom bench and niches for easy access and cleaning. A heated floor system was installed under the floor tile adding additional comfort to the master bath. This ADA bathroom is elegant and fully functional. The bath cabinets are also cherry stained in nutmeg toped with Zodiac quartz countertops, including a lowered makeup area.
